About Me

Kathie Brown: Waldoboro, Maine, United States; Hello! My name is Kathie and I am a passionate eBirder. I first started documenting the bird species I was seeing in Sycamore Canyon, a neighborhood in Corona de Tucson, Arizona in 2007. In 2008 I started my first blog. Since then I have moved several times and I now bird all over the United States. I submit all of these sightings to a program called eBird administered by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. I hope you enjoy your visit here to Kathie's Birds, and will visit my other blogs, Sycamore Canyon, Sycamore Canyon Birds, and Kathie's Poet Tree! I was also a guest contributor on Birding is Fun until it retired in 2015. All material on these blogs is copyrighted by Kathiesbirds. If you would like to use any work of mine, please email me at Kathiesbirds AT gmail DOT com
